Comments like this would simply not have happened without Murray's hard work. I'm sure I didn't read anything like this about the 2.18 release notes. The bar, it has been raised...

I agree with you. OpenOffice.org and even Firefox would benefit heavily from clearly understandable release notes, leaving bug list for advanced users and developers to check out.
Murray just owns this market (with his team, of course) :)
