@behdad: A guy at BarCamp brought along a bunch of locks and some tools made from saw blades. He held a Lock-Picking 101 session but I missed it. Fortunately he was happy to show people who bugged him enough. :-)
I was quickly able to pick locks with one or two pins, but I didn't get a chance to try anything harder than that.
I probably won't play around with it again until the next geek conference I attend. But I can tell you it was *extremely* satisfying to pick that two-pin lock (a lot of people had trouble with it).

Hey, I've wanted to learn that for a while, but never started. How did you go about it? What kind of starter toolset did you get?
